A plea for leniency was entered by Mr. C. S. Franklin, counsel for the defendant, before the Judge passed the sentence. Mr. Franklin said the defendant had been ill-advised concerning her action and all claims against her had been satisfied. The District Attorney accepted the defendant counsel's plea. The Judge thereupon suspended the imprisonment term.
