A party of Irish Republican Army men raided a military camp at Ballykinlar, County Down, yesterday and seized about 30 rifles.
The raiders arrived at the camp in a motor-car, and overpowered a sentry who challenged them. They ibannd and gagged him and placed him in the car. They then broke into the armoury, seized 30 rifles and drove off in the direction of Belfast. The sentry was released several miles from the camp.—Reuter.
