Consignes of cargo ex the above vessel @re informed that owing to the unsafe conditions resp. hostilities prevailing in these ports it was necessary to over-carry resp. cargo for discharge at Shanghai where same will be lameled and stored at the sole risk and expense of the consignees, whereby all obligations of the vessel, her owners, master and agents will be fulfilled in accordance with the terms of the Companies Bill of Lading.
