Chungking, Jan. 24 The National Government. issued the following mandates yesterday:
"Han Fu-chu, member and concurrently: Chairman of the Shantung Provincial Government, hereby dismissed from his substantive and concurrent posts.
(Admiral) Shen Hungelieh (Mayor of Tsingtao) is hereby appointed a
Government tember of the Shantung, Provincial Admiral Shen Hung-lich is hereby. appointed concurrently Chairman of the "Shantung Provincial Government."
(2). "Han Fuchu (Commander of the 3rd Route Army), having violated the Military Law in Time of War, is hereby divested of his rank as a full eneral of the second grade and all military honours and decorations, and handed over to the Military Affairs Commission for trial."—Kuo Min,
