Stock prices on Wall Street to-day rallied sharply, with quotations finishing from fractions to about 5 points up. Industrials Jed the upward movement on reports that the differences between, labour and the United states Steel Corporation are near a settlement, coupled with better business news and the brisk upward trend of major commodities. Buying to-day was spread over a wider selection of the list than seen recently. The turnover amounted to 770,000 shares.
