Neal, Chairmen of the Executive Committee, Two resolutions proposed by the Committee and passed by the members present were: 1, "The annual subscription for members. shall be Five Dollars ($500) counting from Jo uary 1 to December 31.""2, ""Membe1 ship shall be restricted to members and past members of the Defence Forees of Shanghai and such other as may be specially approved of by the Committee, 'Members from the Navy and/or Garrison of any nationality may Join the Association under the same con~ ditions and privileges as an active member, but substitution can be made in their place without paying' any further yearly fee, Tu the event of riy original members leaving Shang-hal, their names. must be submitted first to the secretary.
