'The second hunt of the season was! held on February 12, a eld of about seventy riders slarting from Warren Line' withthe senior steward, Herbert Spence, in charge. Mrs. Liddell was again. the winner on, this time, that good hunter Going Slow, late White Sphinx, and the pony. now joins Cinema 'Morn and Lo Farceur as a qualified Challenge 'Cup contender. It will be remem-ered that the pony -ran third in the Jorrorks Cup in 1990, so all three qualified ponies have started pre viously in' steeplechases.
The officers elected for the current year were:—Mr. G. M. Neal, Chai nan of the Executive Committee consisting of Messrs, "V. Sharman, R. Berglof,. Fujii, F. J. W. Focken and S. M, Zee, Mr. A. M Collaco who has the distinction of serving as Secretary and Treasurer for the past 25 years since 1013 was also re-elected? Mr. Collaco was highly praised as during all these years he has worked to the Heneral satisfaction by his untiring efforts, Membership for the past year numbered 95 as compared witha total of 103 for the year previous to the last.
