The American Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai held its 23rd Annual "Meeting atthe American Club on February 24, There were present Admiral H. E, Yarnell. Dr. Robert Fitch, the speaker, Mr. W. H. Plant, president of the organization, the directors, and about 100 members.
"The annual report was approved with the addition of a commendation of Mr. W. If Plant for his work as a member of the Shanghai Municipal Council and for his participation In relief work during and following me hostilities here.
