Senate leaders here to-day claimed more than enough strength to pass President Roosevelt's governmental reorganization bill on Monday. House of Representatives leaders said they believed the bill would be approved in the House by Wednesday.
House leaders also predicted the House would accept a resolution to conduct a joint investigation with the Senate into the Tennessee Valley Authority, The two measures are expected to mark the high peak if the present session of Congress. Opponents of the reorganization bill, however, said they had 44 votes to recommit the bill to committee. Such action would kill the bill for the present session. Forty-nine votes would be required to recommit the bill.
