The German Consul-General, Herr Hans Gipperich, has announced that preparations have been completed for embarking all local Austrians and Germans, who number some hundreds, on board the German vessel s. Figerun on April 10, the date of the Austro-German plebiscite.
The Figerun will then proceed outside territorial waters where the plebiscite votes will be registered. The results will be sent by wireless to Berlin—Reuter.
