Sin—I should be most grateful if you would kindly publish the following information about the profits made by the performances of "The Beggar's Opera," produced by Mrs. "Christopher Chancellor at the Lyceum Theatre on March 29, 30 and Our. accounts, which have been completed today, show a total net profit of $5,293.35. This amount is being divided in a proportion of two-thirds and one-third respectively between the Social Service Board of the British Women's Association and St. Tichon's Orphanage. I àr sending to the former a cheque for $3, 528.90 and a cheque for $1,764.45 to the latter.
May I take this opportunity of thanking all those who so generously ce-operated in making this produc tion a success.
