that the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company has now been amended to permit each of thee presently issued shares of par value of Tls. 50 to be changed into ten shares of the par value of Ch.$10. New certificates are in course of preparation and will be ready for delivery on and after July 4, 1939 at the offices of the Company, 232 Kiangse Road (2nd floor) upon surrender to the Company of the existing certificates and the execution of receipts for new certificates. Receipt forms have been mailed to all stockholders.
Effective from to-day, new certificates for shares of Ch.$10 denomination will be issued for all shares presented for transfer.
