Tokyo, June 29.
Preparations have been completed for the development of Haichow, northern Kiangsu town which is the eastern terminus of the Lunghai Railway and one of China's big three salt producing centres, according to a press dispatch received here today.
Development of the region will be under the supervision of the Haichow Economic Association, which will be Organized soon by Japanese military authorities, Japanese commercial and industrial" guilds!and representatives of Chinese commercial guilds.
The association will supervise all commercial transactions, regulate the distribution of goods and control prices.
