Sin,—Your correspondent "ANTI-Sovrer, who wrote a letter under the above heading in your yesterday's issue, does not seem to know. any difference between the terms "nation" end "government, or pretends not to know it when he slings the mud at the Russian nation while denounce ing the Soviet. government.
He refers to the Russians as...."a nation known to consist of former crooks and. murderers" and...."people who have no religion and' côn-sequently no honour.
Tt must be adiiitfed that, as far as the heads of U.S.S.R. government are concerned, his epithets are no aggeration at all but the point is
