Berlin, Sept. 26. Chancellor Adolf Hitler will address the whole German nation at 8 o'clock this evening (3 am. Tuesday, Shanghai) when he will deliver an "historic. speech" at the huge Sportpalast.
Radio stations throughout Germany made this announcement yesterday. Special amplifiers have already been placed at special points in all cities and villages where meetings will be held tonight to enable the greatest possible number of people to listen together to the Fuehrer's words.
All observers here agree the announcement that Herr Hitler would speak this evening marked the gravity of the situation arising out of the Godesberg parleys. Press indications are that the present week will be decisive in the history of Europe.
