The overseas Chinese department of the Chinese government at Chungking has obtained authorization from the Executive Yuan to issue aviation bonds amounting to U.S.$5,000,000 for sale among overseas Chinese, states the "Shing Sheng News Agency." The principal and interest of the public loan will be paid by Chungking after the conclusion of the hostilities within a period of five years.

Those who buy the bonds amounting to between U.S$500 and U.S.$50,000 will be rewarded by the Chinese government in various ways.
It is explained that to handle such affairs a special committee called the Aviation National Salvation Movement Committee will be organized. Those who contribute U..S$50,000 towards the funds will have their names painted on the aeroplanes in addition to receiving complimentary boards and autographed photographs from General Chiang Kai-shek, it is stated.
