all the furniture; fixtures, movables ete., of the "MINERVA" Bar and Restaurant, 272-282 Vu Yuen Road, Shanghai, China, have been sold under Act dated November 18, 1938 and the purchase price of same has been paid in cash to the former owner, Mr. P. Y, TSEU (AW). aforesaid, and, all claims, if any, in connection with same are to be addressed exclusively to the said Mr, P. Y, Tseu.
