Located next to the Japanese Girls' High School, off the new?7atsui Boulevard, the new school, costing Y800,000 is expected to be completed in May. It will have a capacity of 1,200 pupils.

This is the fifth primary school for Japanese to be built in Shanghai. The recent increase in Japanese residents made this new addition necessary.
