the lease between Dr. V. C. Moore Wt) and the undersigned, with respect to the house at 340 Burkill Road, was terminated by a decision rendered by the First Special District Court in Shanghai, on May 14, 1938. Another suit requesting the said person to remove from the said house is now pending in the same court, Therefore no valid lease either in part or in whole with respect to ihe said house should be entered into unless it is referred directly to the undersigned.
