Showing distinct superiority, Harry K. F. Li disposed of David Tsai in the final of the Shanghai Men's Junior Singles Championship in four sets, 8-6, 6-1, 2-6, 8-6, on the S. L. T. A. court yesterday afternoon. The champion came through in the first and fourth sessions as a result of two -timely rallies.
