Budapest, Oct. 22.
Czechoslovakia today forwarded to Hungary new proposals for the settlement of the prolonged dispute over areas to be ceded to Hungary under the Four Power agreement.
Informed sources said the proposals were not entirely satisfactory to 3 Budapest but believed they representec. sufficient concessions to permit resumption of negotiations. The Government is prepared to examine the offer fully, hoping for a successful conclusion of the negotiations without recourse to armed action, it was stated—United Press.
