A decree ordering the confiscation of Herr Thyssen's fortune appeared in the Reich's Official Gazette December 12. Herr Thyssen was formerly a firm supporter of the Nazi Party and lent large sums of money to the Fuehrer. He is at present residing in the Tessin canton in Switzerland.—Havas.
