The Fascist Government tonight ordered all Italian Jews to register the exact amount of property they own and to report details of their industrial and commercial activities.
The order to all Italian Jews, re-minis cent of action by Germany early in the Nazi anti-Semitic campaign, is effective immediately. Toan Jews may make donations of their property provided the recipient is not considered as belonging to the Jewish race, The time limit {or such a donation was set at 170 days.
Jews living in Italy were given ninety days in which to report their property holdings and commercial activities Under the decree Italian Jews living abroad were 180 days in which to file their report—United Press.

"Arriving here yesterday, the Premier Dr. Juan Negrin, and I found the morale of the people to be extraordinary in spite of adversity," the Foreign Minister, Senor Julio Alvarez del Vayo, declared at the close of the Cabinet meeting held this afternoon.
