Of interest to "A" class will be the return of Whoopee to the fleet this year, her owner. having decided to race again, after an absence of several years and it is understood one of the keener local yachtsmen will be at her helm.
"C" class will be numerically strong again, and it is expected at least ten of these craft will participate in racing this season. Those who took part in last season's outings will testify to the interest in this one design class, where racing is of a much closer order than in the miscellaneous class where a variety of craft of different sizes and rig compete against each other.
Not of least interest in the Club fleet are the cruisers, not as strong numerically as they were in past years, as some of the bigger boats have been sailed down to Hongkong and Manila, but a goad representation is expected this season.
