In a radio broadcast today, Mr. Wang Chung-hui, the Foreign Minister alleged to have attacked Japanese contention of a "new order in the Far East."
"Japan's invasion of China; he declared, "violates the Nine Pówer Treaty. which provides: respect for China's administrative and territorial integrity; and equal opportunity and the Open Door principle.
Japan's action in China," he continued, "also violates the Covenant of the League of Nations and the Kellogg Pact "Japan's actions are arousing censure amongst all peace loving nations. Reuter.
