Rumania's Fate

Of all the news coming from Berlin, and the Balkans is correct, it would seem as though Rumania wil! very shortly be reduced to the size she Was prior 10 1913, Endeqvouring 10 maintain a neutrality which as at all times queen precarious, and at the same time preserve territorial integrity which was even more fdimeult, King Carol seems to be falling between two stools, Mis bid to Germany for support had the effect of Berlin advising both Hungary fand Bulgaria to keep their claims in abeyance til the end of the war. If such advice were tendered Moscow the Soviet Government ave it no heed, and demanded the rerun Bessarabia, indicating the intention to take it by force if the demand were not acceded to.
