The materials mobilization plans for the coming financial year, aiming at expanding the productivity of Japan, Manchoukuo, North China and Inner Mongolia are discussed in the "Asahi Shimbun" today.
The journal declares that Japanese political circles consider that the foreign currencies available to the yen bloc countries should be pooled in Tokyo, for the purpose of an adequate and rational redistribution, to meet the requirements of the productivity plans.
The journal adds that the pooling of the foreign currencies of Japan and Manchoukuo is expected to take concrete form in the near future—Reuter.
