Mr. Churchill will lead the House of Commons. He was busy last night reviewing all other departments of the Government, and is expected to make drastic changes. it is expected that the conference ofthe Labour Party at Bournemouth will register its approval of the War Cabinet on Monday, says Reuter's Lobby Correspondent.

The demand for a smaller War Cabinet had been insistent, and though Mr. Churchill himself had pointed out in debate certain possible limitations of such a body, he now adopts it.

The idea had been prevalent in political circles that Mr. Chamberlain would return to the Exchequer and release the Prime Minister from the routine of Commons duties by taking the leadership of the House.
