T= second anniversary of the Munich agreement—a date which the world will remember for the tragic sacrifice made by the Czechoslovak people in the interests of European peace—was recalled in a special message to the Czechoslovak people which Mr. Winston Churchill, Britain's Prime Minister, broadcast yesterday.
"The hopes which this agreement stirred in the heart of all civilized mankind has been frustrated," stated Mr. Churchill.
