Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that the Tenth Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. will be held in the Registered Offüce of the Company, 9 Avenue Edouard VII, Shanghai, on Thursday, June 6, 1940,*at 430 p.m. for the following purposes (1) To receive the Directors' Report and Audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 1940.
