Paris, Oct, 26.
Russo-German economic missions have reached an agreement to dispose of captured Polish army material artillery, machine-guns, munitions, rifles, and uniforms—to China, official reports reaching Paris said last night. It was said that China would be offered the war materials after Germany had selected the best tanks, howitzers, anti-tank and anti-aircraft guns, and machine-guns.
In exchange for the Polish war material it was reported that China is to furnish all available surpluses of tungsten, iron and other minerals which would be carried to Russian railways by Polish army trucks and then hauled overland to Germany.—
