Berlin, Nov. 15. ERMAN and Italian military leaders today opened military discussions at Innsbruck, Austria, authorized German quarters Moscow, Nov. 15.
The Government today officially denied foreign reports that Russia had concluded an agreement with Japan outlining their respective spheres of influence in the Far East and that Russia had agreed to halt its assistance to Chungking.
The denial was issued in a revealed this afternoon.
