Kremlin Goes Anti-Capitalist

German propaganda is now engaged in spreading the Kremlin's utterances, French quarters asserted, and pointed out that in Moscow as well there have been changes. Whereas in former times the predominant note in propaganda was anti-Fascism pure and simple, today it is anti-Capitalism.

"Whereas in Russia this slogan is not surprising, German avowals of anti-capitalist policies have served rather to confound Nazi quarters who do not look too favourably on bonds between the Reich and Russia.

Dr. Robert Ley, head of the German Labour Front, declared in a speech that National Socialism today is an anti-capitalist doctrine and Herr Hitler. in his speech on November 8 said Nazi "civilization" opposes British "capitalism."

These factors clearly indicate, French political quarters concluded, that while Russia may have harmonized her ideology with her nonaggression treaty with Germany, the Reich's vast propaganda system is actively engaged in spreading Soviet ideological teachings.—Havas.
