Mar. 15, During the meeting of the Council of Ministers carly this morning, Czech Premier, Dr. Rudolf Beran, in-Hformed the members that Herr Hits Jor, In his conference last night with the Czech President, Dr. Emil Hacha, told the President that it would be necessary for German troops to oe. cupy Bohemia and Moravia, and therefore. German soldiers would cross the frontier into Czechoslovakia at ¢ am. this morning.
