Mike Jacobs, leading boxing promoter, today withdrew his objections for a middleweight title bout between Ceferino Garcia and Henry Armstrong ai Los Angeles on February 22. Jacobs wanted Garcia, who is recognized as the world middleweight champion by the New York Boxing Commission, to oppose Al. Hostak who is regarded as ihe champion by the National Boxing Association.
