Italian Claims Rejected

Turning to the recent Italian "el: i" upon France, M. Bonnet asserted that it should be clearly understood that France would never agree to surrender the slightest part of her territory to Italy. Any such claim would only lead to war.

Bonnet recalled that Count Galeazzo Ciano, Italian Foreign Minister, had told the French Ambassador in Rome that the Italian Government assumed no responsibility for the incident in the Italian Chamber on November 30.
