Notice 1s MEREsy GIVEN that the Twenty-Eighth Annual Meeting of the Company will be held at No. 49 Szechuen Road, Shanghai on Thursday, April 4, 1940 at 1145 am. for the purpose of receiving the Directors' Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended December 31, 1939, declaring a Final Dividend, electing a Director and 'Auditors' and transacting any other ordinary business of the Company.
The Transfer Books and Share Register of the Company will be closed from March 28 to April 4, 1940, born days inclusive.
