'The Manchurian Securities Invest~ ment Company has been granted a charter by the Manchoukuo Government with an authorized capital of Yuan 400.000000, of which Yuan' 100,000.00 thas been paid up mostly, by Japanese life insurance companies. The company will seek to finance industrial development in Manchoukuo by investing in Manchurian securities.
The Manchoukuo Government will guarantee five per cent per. annum in dividends of preferential hares of the new "corporation Mentoukuo Mines Shanghai, May 4.
Messrs, George MeBain "have rejccived information from the Mentoukou Mines that for April production of coal was 43,040 tons, jand sales amounted to 43,314 tons."
