Debentures Shanghai, Apr. 26, The Shanghai Municipal Council has decided to issue debentures for $16,000,000 at 95 Per cent. and at the interest of six per cent. per annum which is payable twice in each year. Tne debentures will be wholly redeemed by December 31, 1960, by means of semi-annual @rawings. The subscription lst will be opened at 10 am. on Monday in the Loans and Banking Office of the Finance Departmentin the Administra ton Building in Kiangse Road. The full amount of the Iban has been underwritten by the Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation.
