20th annual stockholders' meeting of the Asia Life -Insurance Company was held May 12, 1941, at 11.30 am, at the company's offices at 17 The Bund, Shanghai.
Mansfield Freeman, president of the company, presided, and there were present or represented 36,988 shares out of 40,,000 shares outstanding.
The meeting approved the com~ pany's audited balance sheet and statement of income and disburse ments for the calendar year 1040, and the Directors elected for the wag ensuing year were Messrs. N. F.
