President Manuel Quezon fodav decided to urre all non-essential civilians in Manila and other "danger zones" to leave for the provinces. Senor Quezon will hold a conference tomorrow with the United States Commander-in-Chief in the Far East, General Douglas MacArthur, to decide when ther schools in Manila and zones are tu be closed. General MacArthur is divine to Raguin today. Danger zones will be determined by the military authorities.
