The officers of the Order hope within a short time to make a further donation of $10000 to the Voluntary War Fund for the same purpose and would like the public io know that they have available for the purpose of collecting fines on behalf of the Order. Fine Vouchers which can be obtained from the Hon. Secretary or Group Leaders; the idea being that if any Nob is asked to make payment of a fine, some tangible evidence that the fine has been levied and paid is available.
The Order has now enrolled throughout China some seven thousand members and hopes. to contribute monthly to War Funds.by further enrolments, collection of fines and other activities,
