Norc ıs meneny civen__ that Municipal Rate in respect of Chinese arid Foreign houses for the quarter ending December 31, 1941, is due on October 1, 1941. Ratepayers are reminded that rates on foreign style buildings will not be called for by tóllectors but must be remitted to the Revenue Office, 209 Kiangse Road, by the concerned upon receipt of demand note.
Every official authorized by the Council to collect monies from ratepayers, is provided With an identity card bearing his photograph.
Before making payment of rates or transmitting information relative thereto ratepayers should satisfy themselves that the person with whore they are dealing is a duly authorized officer of the Council.
