Road Extensionsjand Widenings.
Woosung Road.—Under the terms of a revised claim by the Shanghai Land Investment Ca. Ld. the surrender of a portion of Cadastrab lot 825, measuring Mow 0.054 has been obtained for Tls. 18,000 per mow with an addition of ten per cent for compulsory surrender and the sum of Tls. 551 for reinstatement and loss of rent, total Tls. 1,620.
Road Names.—The following vow roads in the Western District already existing as alleyways will receive names as follows (i) new road from Markham Rond to Gordon Road, Tokio Road.
(li) A new rond west of the Vu Yuen Cotton Mill, Moji Road.
