The reserves throughout the Caucasus are being mobilised, owing to, the continued critical situation, Exclusive service, 18th October.
The Armenian Archimandrite has reported to the Viceroy of the Cxucasus that ten Armenian villages have been plundered, that the sitnation of the inhabitants is terrible, that robber bands are desolating the country, und that pacification is impossible. There are disorders among the reservists at Ekaterinodur (chief city of the Northern Caucasus), shop windows have been smashed and traffic interrupted. Troops dispersed " crowd of two thousand persons after many had been injured on both sides.—Eaolusive service.
