Zung Tsung Nylon, has the distinction of being the first woman banker in Shanghai, and so far as is known, in all China. A graduate of McTyeire School, she has been for five years with the Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank where she is in charge of the Woman's Department in the Szechuen Road Branch. She takes up or the women clients of the bank branches of banking, commercial and savings accounts, loans, exchange and investments. Since the conservative Chinese woman would rather deal with other women than go out into the rushing business world, Miss Nyien's pleasant room is a very busy place and her Jue to the corporation is unques-; ioned. Now that women abroad slowly breaking li specialized banking positions it is interesting to note that China quite abreast of the times in this respect.
