Plea for the Discarding of All Unilaterial Privileges The Associated Chamber of Com-mere of Shanghai (Chinese) has sent a special telegram to Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, the new Labour Premier of the British Government, congratulating him on his assump-ion of the Premiership. After expressing dissatisfaction with " the China Policy of the British Con: servative Government, the Shanghai Chamber urges the Labour Gover ment to discard all unilateral privi leges which "the h enjoy in. this country!as a stepping stone towards the promotion of Sino-Brit-trade and friendship.
