A report is current in Shanghat to the effect that orders have been given by the Japanese Government for the river gun-boats, which wer interned at the commencement of the war, to be got ready to be rened. The—gun-poate, three in number, the Fushimi, Sumida and Fobs, are at the present time lying down the river.
