'The plaintiffs' claim was for Tls. 4,958.00 and Tls. 750 damages for breach of contracts.
Mr. H. P, Wilkinson appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr. F. Ellis for the defence.
Mr. Wilkinson said that his learn. ed friend had intimated to him that li there would be no dispute with regard to the amount of the damages which were Tis.' 4,958 on one contract and Tls. 750 on the other. Mr. Ellis said he agreed to judgement, which was entered for the plaintiffs for the amount claimed with the return of the bargain money and costs.
