Judgement for Plaintiffs for Tls. 30,000
In H.M. Supreme Court on Tuesday, His Honour Judge Skinner Turner gave judgement in the case of the Tsing Yue Dyes Ca, v. Fredk. Large & Ca. This was a claim for Ts. 43,495.80, damages arising out of an alleged breach of contract.
Mr. W. 8. Levinson appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr. M. Reader Harris defended.
His Lordship said:—On Dee-ember 10, 1919 the plaintiffs and defendants entered into. the following agreement "Shanghai, December 10, 1919.
